The Characteristics of Foreign Language Teaching
¡¡¡¡Our school takes the foreign language teaching as our characteristics. With the help of professional foreign teachers from English-speaking countries, we stress oral English in everyday teaching. The English class is operated from Primary One and we give the Japanese course from Primary Three. With using the excellent textbooks such as Look Listen & Learn and Cambridge English, we¡¯ve formed the teaching patterns of ¡°Varied masteries, Wide vision, and Superiority cooperation.¡± and the modern teaching modes of ¡°Large capacity, Fluent rhythm, Actual effect and Real situation¡±. Meanwhile we are taking the head of bilingual teaching ¡¡¡¡English activities are another feature of foreign language teaching in our school. We¡¯ve launched ¡°English Salon¡± ¡°Communicative English¡± with Shengzhou League Committee, TV & Radio Station and other experts from New York State University of USA. ¡¡¡¡In the last two years, we¡¯ve attained lots of
achievement in English teaching and learning. . We¡¯ve developed
the school-native-course ¡¶Practical English 300¡·, hosted the many
English Teaching Show of Shenzhou. A number of the teachers and
students got rewords in the competition such as the Talent of
English, NEPCS and so on. |

Foreign Language School, which was established in August 2003,
is the only Foreign Language Experimental School of NBFLTRC (National
Basic Foreign Language Teaching & Research Centre) and one
